Councils


The HRIT Council is a group of senior HR and IT executives who are responsible for HRIT  Strategy and HR Service Delivery. Their main focus is on leveraging their investment in Peoplesoft and other HR technologies for recruiting, staffing, payroll, workforce planning, LMS, benefits and other areas. They also share experiences on how HRIT is linked to the business unit needs.

The HR Strategy Council is a group of senior HR and OE executives who have been meeting since 2000. Their main focus is on business strategy, HR transformation and HR’s role in supporting large scale change.

The Workforce Planning Council is a network of senior HR executives with the responsibility to prepare their workforce for the future.  The council focuses on the constellation of workforce planning issues:  the loss of critical knowledge, replacing an aging workforce, workforce globalization and long term planning.

The Innovation Council is for senior executives whose primary mission is to build a more innovative culture, change business models and truly listen to the customer.

The Knowledge Leadership Forum is a peer group of senior managers that share practices around the disciplines of Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management.  The purpose of the KLF is to enable member firms to enhance their marketplace, financial, and operational performance through the effective use of knowledge and organizational learning. The Forum consists of a diverse member group across industries, geographies, and approaches to managing knowledge.

The Total Rewards Council was formed in 2006 is for HR executives responsible for Total Rewards strategy.  Topics covered include, executive compensation, health care, retirement and the links to retention and engagement.

The E2.0 Council is focused on the emergent Web 2.0 technologies and their impact on workflow, innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing customer and supplier connectivity and many more related issues. This council is for leaders from IT, HR, Marketing and other areas who are focused on leveraging Web 2.0 capabilities to get work done.

Workforce Health Council brings together individuals and organizations who are taking an innovative approach to health as a strategic imperative.   We are actively engaged in the dialogue around “prevention and well-being” as well as “quality and cost” of health and health care.  We share ideas on the emerging trends that link health, sustainability, well-being, productive workplaces and communities.
